Objective: I am seeking a position as a nanny 2-3 days a week. I very much enjoy working with children and have recently begun my degree in early childhood education. I feel that I am forever learning from children and would love the opportunity to work together with a family, caring for their children.

Work Experience:
Macquarie Long Day and Early Learning Centre Full Time from June 2007 to December 2010
During this period I completed my Certificate III in Children’s Services and Diploma of Children’s Services through a traineeship at the centre.
Once I completed my Diploma I was appointed room leader of the 0-2’s room.
I worked in this position for all of 2010 and 2011 and became confident in running the room and managing the staff in the room.
I was in charge of the day to day running of the room, communicating with staff and parents, caring for the children, following routines, programming, planning and observations.
In 2011 I filled in as Authorised Supervisor whilst another staff member was absent. I took on this role for only a few months but have been granted approval as an Authorised Supervisor and have an AS number.
