Responsible in the performance of general duties in the department.
Perform and coordinate functions with all the other department of the hospital.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Encode reports memos, correspondence and other pertinent records and documents of the Office
Answers / Makes telephone calls for the department and communicates messages accurately
Distribute memos from the department to the different departments concerned
Update index records of patients
Updates Records of equipment and supplies
Attend to the needs of the staff as they request for office and housekeeping supplies and equipment
Arrange schedules for individual conference and meeting with the staff of the Department.
Request for the photocopy of important documents such as confidential records of the staff and official receipts if necessary
Order supplies and maintain inventory
Check constant availability of all forms for the patients charts and other forms needed by the staff in the nursing care areas.
