My names Gemma I am 21 and currently working in a privert day nursery and have worked there for nearly 3 years with the children aged 2-3. I have been working with children for over 6 years and have NVQ level 3 in Earley Years Childcare and Development and aslo attended many other training coureses and aslo first aid qualified. I am looking for a (live out) nanny possition as i have worked in nurseries for over 6 years and looking for a new challeage. I have experiance of working with children ages 3months - 14years, and aslo children with additional needs. I am a very creative person, poliet and reliable. I have perviously mangaged a out of school club. I am used to working in a busy envioment providing a high stantard of care and activies to suit childrens interst that stimulate there minds and progress thier development.
