My name is Jade I am 22 years old living in Nottingham.
Hi am enthusiastic, energetic, polite young lady. I have a bubbly personallity. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and shopping. I have a NVQ Level 2 in childcare which I passed in 2005. I have worked in 2 Day Nurseries and have lots of experience with childcare duties. I also help take care of my 7 year old sister who is disabled along with 10 year old brother. Ienjoy being creative when taking care of children my favourite activity would be messy play (painting,corn flour, water etc). I also have my First Aid which I passed in January this year. Fees

£ 7.50 Pounds Per Hour
I would typically charge £7.50 per hour for 1 child.
I would charge a further £2.50 for each child after.
I would however discuss special rates for regular work.
