Frist wash my hand with soap and water sterilize the bottle put 4 oz of water 2 oz of boiling water and 2 oz of clod sterilize water.then put the milk powder it depends on the instruction like 1 is to 2 or 2 is 2 then shake the bottle.i check the milk temperature thru my wrist then carry the baby let her/him to drink up to 2 oz after that i burped the baby then continue drinking.
