My name is Nikka Pisigan and I'm fourteen years old and after this summer, I'll be attending high school as a freshman. The same goes for my friend, who accompanies me for babysitting. We're both Filipino and I speak and understand Tagalog (Filipino). Being the oldest in my family and being the big sister, I've had to babysit my brothers (4 and 12) for years. I've been babysitting for my parents and other family members for 6 years and have been taking care of my baby brother ever since he was born and so I have experience with infants and month-old babies. Being one of the oldest in his family, my friend also has experience from babysitting his younger sisters (8 and 11) for 5 years. We both were taught how to cook and clean at a young age, therefore being capable of cooking dinners and cleaning at your request.

Being understanding people, we realize that our hourly rates are higher than most. These rates not only include babysitting though, but we also include doing reasonable house chores (Only* per your request) like dusting, mopping, or wiping down the fridge. while you are away as long as you notify us beforehand. Only* Per your request and with your permission, we also include cooking and preparing snacks, lunches, dinners, etc. (if you don't have anything planned) within our rates.
(The rates found in our carer fees section are for both of us. Occasionally, one of us can not attend and in those cases, I will inform the customer and you will only be inclined to pay the single baby sitter hourly rates, which are only half of the marked rates.)

We believe the more the merrier and therefore work as a package and will not work separately per request. Having two babysitters instead of one insures a safer environment for your children, for there is no chance for your child to be unattended if the babysitter is busy. Having two babysitter also eases our stress! Now, we aren't being selfish. Without stress, there is a less likely chance of a mistake or misunderstanding and helps everyone have a pleasant evening.

Our Terms and Conditions...
1(VERY IMPORTANT!). Please clearly state what we can and can not do while you are away, and how exactly you want us to do things. We suggest writing *everything* down, which is best, so that we do not have the chance to forget and call you to ask you in the middle of your night out or make a mistake. Also let us know things like bed times, dinner times, ect. If you choose to have us do chores as well, please include those too. We believe that communication is key!
2. We charge by the hour accordingly. If you say you'll be gone from 7pm-10pm but instead you are gone from 7pm-12am, you will be charged for 5 hours and not 3.
3. Please let us know in advanced when you're coming home. We need to contact our rides because as much as we love working with all of you, we need to go home eventually too.
4. There is a minimum of three hours to have us.
5. Cash, please! We take payments at the end of the night.
6. Please enjoy yourself during your time away. Don't worry, your children are safe with us. Please take time to read our Carer Fees and Basic Profile to learn more about us.

Fees

We charge full price for the youngest child and charge $2.00 more for each additional child, no matter what age. For example, if you had three children ages 3, 8 and 10, ($14+$2+$2) the total hourly rate would be $18.00 ($9 for each babysitter).

Minimum rates per hour...
Children ages 1-4: $14.00 ($7 for each babysitter)
Children ages 5-8: $12.00 ($6 for each babysitter)
Children ages 9-12: $10.00 ($5 for each babysitter)

IF...
-you have more than three children that need our care and you find that the total price is unreasonable, please contact us to negotiate a hourly fee that is more comfortable for you.
-you have an infant under the age of 1, please contact us for our special rates.
-you would like to negotiate any price for the time that we are with you, please contact us. We are understanding people and strive to make you happy!
-you have any questions, complaints, or concerns, please contact us.
