In the year 2007 I completed a course in Diploma in childcare Education Level 3. I decided I Wanted to pursue a Career path way, working with young children because a lot of relatives work
in similar field. For the last 5 years I have been working at a Primary School as nursery nurse.

During my time at the School, my planning and observation skills have improved vastly due to the constant rate that these tasks are being carried out. I now have a proven ability to work and handle pressure, because I am used to working in a ratio of 1:10 including SEN pupils within a nursery class. So I have understanding of and commitment to the implementation of equal opportunities towards children and adults. I have good oral and written communication skills, which I use regularly to communicate with colleagues and parents. I always have a positive outlook to meeting children’s needs and I bring high energy levels to my working team, which I hope rubs off on to others. I am flexible and adaptable in any work related task set to me by phase leader or class teacher. I am reliable and responsible and I always give 100 percent.
