My name is Rosie Williams, I am 18 years old and love working with children of all ages, I have a lot of time to give children and young people and am very patient and a good listening, willing to take on all new challenges! I am very creative and imaginative. I enjoy reading and drawing and listening to music, I have two brothers and have always been brought up around children as my mum use to be a child minder and worked at a primary school in Banstead. I have completed my eNVQ level 3 qualification in children and young peoples workforce. I did my work experience in a nursery with children aged 2-5 years, I then did my placements in one nursery and a primary school with a year 1 class but always had experience with all other ages within the school, I have also worked in a holiday club with children ages 5-15 and I am now currently working in a nursery with children aged 2-5 years. I also do babysitting for a family with children aged 2, 4 and 11. I am also currently working with a number of special needs children
