I'm a qualified NNEB since 1990, I have been in full time work since qualifying and have many years of experience of working with children and young adults in a school setting, For a period of 5 years I worked as a tutor in the further education centre of the school and the bulk of my experience lies within the special needs sector but I have also done bank work for a day nursery to keep abreast of mainstream education and care of children.I also have a daughter of my own who is 15yrs now and I have neices and nephews whom i spend lots of time with ages ranging from 2 - 19yrs.
I believe in a consistent approach with a fun attitude to learning and leisure activities in and out of the home.
I have no problem working with children who can be difficult or have behaviour problems and handle these situations calmly and confidently as my work has enabled me to deal with these on a daily basis due to my many years of working with students with special needs.
At present I'm looking to earn some extra cash for changes i'm making in my life, as I am presently employed fulltime I would only be requiring evening and weekend work.
